At L'OBJET, we strive for perfection in every detail and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a piece does not meet your expectations, you may return eligible items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original L'OBJET gift boxes and shipping cartons to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
